1. Tomato rice soup, cut up peppers, avocado and apples with a little goat cheese makes for a lovely lunch with my hubby finally home after being gone for over a week
2. Cranberry muffins and a cup of hot chocolate help to take the chill off the day
3. Buying the rest of the ingredients to make a (hopefully) wonderful cheesecake tomorrow
I'm sensing a theme here - which might explain the ever widening middle
